Maxmakers offers two types of services:

• Project Development: We act as client representative and provide advice along a project's lifecycle, integrating all key project dimensions (such as research, feasibility, masterplanning, finance, etc) and coordinating all partners (architects, engineers, etc).
• Strategic Advisory: We provide custom-tailored strategic assessments, such as devising a portfolio strategy for a client's real estate assets, or providing a renewable infrastructure assessment for a regional government.

Our approach to real estate and infrastructure is business-focused:

• We apply a systematic process that integrates factors such as site analysis, market research, feasibility, macro economic and environmental drivers - to first determine what to develop, and only then how to design and masterplan it.
• Our proprietary tools allow continuous analysis of a project's financial projections and optimising investor return. Dynamically adapting various project drivers throughout the planning process allows optimisation of complex projects.
